Kenya Payslip Calculator

This app helps the user generate a pdf payslip based on the new PAYE, NSSF and SHIF rates based on the latest Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax rates as per the official website https://www.kra.go.ke/individual/filing-paying/types-of-taxes/paye

Simply key in your gross earnings, other earnings, insurance premium and any other deductions or pension contribution if applicable. The app then generates the payslip in pdf format which you can then share/email and print. The latest update contains the new PAYE Rates as from July 2023 as well as the latest KRA PAYE changes as per Dec 2024.

The 2023 P9 is also generated and can be exported in pdf format for printing. This report will enable you to easily file your 2023 Tax Returns
